DELIVERY
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, aiming to deliver your treasures within 5 to 15 business days from the order date. We are dedicated to ensuring a swift delivery without compromising the quality of our products.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my parcel?
After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your order's journey. Track your parcel at our “Track My Order” page on the Y2kmerch website.
How much does delivery cost?
We provide free standard delivery on all orders. Additionally, for peace of mind, we offer a Premium Delivery service for $6.76, ensuring Fast Order treatment, Premium assistance, and protection against loss, damage, or theft.
My tracking number doesn't work, is this normal?
Yes, it can take 5 to 8 business days for tracking information to become available due to carrier updates. If the issue persists, please contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please note that international shipping may not include free shipping and can be subject to different rates and delivery times.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I return my order?
Satisfaction is paramount at Y2kMerch. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided items are in their original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us at contact@y2kmerch.com for return requests.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of the return. Include your order number in the return package. Items returned in unacceptable condition will be sent back without a refund. We recommend obtaining proof of dispatch from the post office.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds, issued to the original payment method, are processed within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of the returned item.
Can I return a product if I’m not satisfied?
We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure the item is in its original condition. Note that custom orders are final and cannot be returned.
I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We strive for excellence in every order; however, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@y2kmerch.com We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
ORDER
I've changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
You have 24 hours from order placement to contact us for cancellations or modifications. After this period, we cannot accept changes as orders are processed.
I've placed an order but haven't received the confirmation email yet.
Check your spam folder. If it's not there, contact our customer service for assistance.
I still haven't received my parcel.
If your order hasn't arrived after 15 business days, please reach out to us. We'll investigate and, if necessary, issue a refund if the parcel is lost and not recoverable, minus shipping costs.
I ordered multiple products but received only one. Is something missing?
When you order multiple items from us, we aim to ship your products as quickly as possible. Due to varying stock availability, it's possible that your items may be dispatched in separate packages. If you find that you've received only part of your order, don't worry—nothing is missing. The rest of your items are on their way and will be delivered to you as soon as they become available. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
How can I make changes to my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@y2kmerch.com. After this period, we may not be able to modify your order as it might already be in processing.
What happens if I never receive my order?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, issue a refund or resend the item. Your satisfaction is our priority.
