You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date you received the goods or from when a third party that you designated (and who is not the carrier) took possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 14 days
- The goods are in the original packaging
For a compliant return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached, returned in their original packaging, and accompanied by the delivery slip received with the order if possible. If you do not meet these obligations, we may deduct an amount up to the full value of the item, depending on the depreciation that your handling of the product has caused. For a first exchange of an order shipped within mainland France, the return is free; we provide a prepaid return label.
Following the receipt and processing of the return, we will create a credit in the form of a gift card valid for one year equal to the value of the returned items and the shipping costs if the order is returned in its entirety. You can then place a new order from our entire catalog. For a return for a final refund, or for a second exchange, or for any order shipped outside mainland France, it is up to the customer to organize the return and pay the shipping costs unless the product had a manufacturing defect or did not match the initial order. In the case of a partial refund of an order, the initial shipping costs will remain at your expense. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be made before the actual receipt of the returned products.
Non-Returnable Goods
The following goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of goods which by their nature cannot be returned, for example, goods that deteriorate quickly or where the expiration date has passed.
- The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipping. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
